As a senior advisor and AI lead at a global consulting firm, I help financial institutions put generative and agentic AI to practical use — from strategy to organisation-wide deployment. Previously, I served on the management board of Bank Pocztowy and held senior roles at BIK and BIG InfoMonitor. I am a guest lecturer at Kozminski University and the French Institute of Management.
